Licensed Veterinary Technican - In Training
Between studying hard for her license and working full time here you would think Mariah would run out of energy. Never!! She is giving 100% of her focus and time to the pets. Always a grin and a laugh before she heads off in another direction, to help some else in a exam or surgery. Her drive to learn new things that can help animals is a delight to watch and she will be a asset to our hospital for years.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Breanna has been with us for almost 3 years. As a licensed veterinary technician, she is skilled in surgical, dental, and emergency anesthesia, performing in-house lab work and procedures, x-rays, and checking in rooms. Even though she is part time, she is an integral asset to our team. She strives to provide the best possible care to each and every one of her patients as well as being kind, thorough, and knowledgeable to our valued clients. However, she owes her passion for her career to her 12 ½ year old boxer greyhound mix named Rocco she rescued at 8 weeks old. After she’d already graduated with a degree in business she realized how rewarding a career in the veterinary field would be and graduated with her veterinary technology degree in 2012. Even through an amputation and enduring chemotherapy, he hasn’t lost the spring in his step and the two are still inseparable!
Sharon will be reaching a decade with us soon . She had been our Rock of Gibraltar for the invisible things that keep our front office running. The attention to detail in things unseen keep us operating and able to focus on pet care. Her skill in handling dogs is based on years of trials and competitions in the Shutzhund arena with her own dogs.
Although not part of our planned healthcare staff, you can find him in every room of our hospital. He has rejuvenated our kennel area. He puts back all the parts we wear out or break. The new lawn layout is from his efforts and skills. We have even enticed him to hold a pet during a busy time and he cheerfully complied. We have been chasing him around with the camera , but as of yet we cannot get one that does not show him at full speed, so please enjoy the smile he has on this one.
